Notes

Thomas Miller McConnell enlisted in the 178th Ohio Inf. 26 Aug 1864. He was with Company K 178th until his muster out on 19 Feb 1865 at Wheeling, W.VA. I'm not sure if killed, died of injuries or disease but he died in 1865. He is buried in the Ol d Sullivan Cemetery, Sullivan, Ohio. He went by Miller and that is on his grave marker.
